1 box Long Grain & Wild Rice;
2 T. butter;
1/2 cup celery, sliced;
4 oz. sliced mushrooms;
2/3 cup milk;
1 cup grated cheddar cheese;
1/4 cup green pepper, diced;
1/2 cup green onions, chopped;
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup;
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed;

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions. Melt butter, add onions, celery, green pepper, and mushrooms. Saute until tender. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into buttered casserole. Garnish with slivered almonds. Bake at 425 for
30 minutes.
