1 pound ground beef 
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt                  
1 tsp. bottled kitchen bouquet sauce
3 C. water                                  
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 C. sliced carrots                      
1 bay leaf
1 C. diced celery                       
1/4 tsp. basil
1 C. cubed potatoes                  
28 oz. canned tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, cook and stir meat until brown.  Drain off the fat.  Cook and stir onions with meat until onions are tender, about 5 minutes.  Stir in remaining ingredients.  Heat to boiling.  Reduce heat; cover and simmer 30+ minutes.
