1/3 C. SOY SAUCE
2 T. SALAD OIL
2 T. DRY SHERRY
1/2 C. HONEY
2 TSP. SALT
1/2 TSP. GROUND GINGER
1 CLOVE MINCED GARLIC
4 DROPS TABASCO

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT WINGS AND PUT IN 9X13 PAN. ARRANGE WINGS IN SINGLE LAYER IN SAUCE. COVER AND REFRIGERATE OVER NITE. BAKE UNCOVERED @ 375 ABOUT 45 MIN. OR UNTIL DONE.
