1 6oz can lump crab meat
4 oz Philidelphia Cream Chese
1 minced shallot
1 tsp. minced garlic
6 med Portabello Mushroom caps cleaned
2 oz shredded chedar cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
350 preheated oven
combine all ingredents folding in the crab last, so it will not break up. spoon mixture into the mushroom caps and top liberally with additonal cheddar cheest.
Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes, until all cheese is melted and gooy. Enjoy!
