8 oz.cream cheese
3 Tbsp.mayonnaise
worcestershire sauce to taste
1 small onion, grated
1 small cucumber, grated
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and grate cucumber and onion. Combine cucumber and onion with salt and pepper.Set aside to drain.Whip cream cheese until fluffy. Add mayonnaise and fold in well drained cucumber and onion into cream cheese. Add worcestershire sauce. Spread bread lightly with mayonnaise or soft butter before filling sandwiches. This helps to prevent sogginess.Tabasco sauce can be added for taste.
Variations; Substitute grated carrot or chopped asparagus for the grated cucumber.
