16 Old Fashion Ginger Snaps
2 lbs. beef shoulder steak cut into 1/2 inch strips
1/4c. vegetable oil
1-10 1/2oz. can condensed onion soup (don't dilute)
2/3c. water
1/2c. cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Using a rolling pin, finely crush cookies in a plastic bag. Add beef strips. Shake to coat. Reserve remaining crushed cookies.
Heat oil in large skillet. Add beef. Cook until lightly browned. Add soup, water and vinegar, bring to boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer until beef is tender, 30-35 minutes. Add remaining crumbs, stir to blend. Simmer 1 minute.
Serve with mashed potatoes or over egg noodles. Great winter-time meal!
