6 T Olive Oil
6 T fresh Basil, chopped and divided
3 T fresh lime juice
3 C small cherry tomatoes, cut in half
3 tsp fresh jalapeno pepper, minced
3 tsp honey
6 red snapper filets

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 . Whisk oil, half (3 T.) the basil and lime juice in medium bowl to blend. Transfer about half of this dressing to small bowl and reserve for fish. Mix remaining 3 T. basil, tomatoes, jalapeno and honey in the dressing for salsa. Season salsa with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
Lightly brush baking sheet with oil. Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and freshly ground pepper. Arrange fish on prepared sheet; brush with the dressing that was reserved for fish. Roast fish until just opaque in center, about 10-12 minutes. Transfer to plates. Spoon salsa alongside and serve immediately.
