16oz. cream cheese, softened
8oz. shredded Mexican Blend cheese, divided
4oz. chopped green chilies
1 1/4c. sour cream, divided
1/4-1/2 tsp. ground red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese in large mixing bowl on medium speed. Reserve 1/4 shredded cheese for garnish.
Mix in remaining shredded cheese, chilies, 1/2c. of the sour cream and ground red pepper. Spoon into pie plate.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Spread remaining 3/4c. sour cream over baked cheese spread. Sprinkle with reserved 1/4c. shredded cheese.
Serve with tortilla chips.
