Ingredients:  
1 pkg. portobello mushrooms, thickly sliced
1c. olive oil
1/4c. bread crumbs
2T. minced garlic
2T. minced shallots
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. oregano
1/4c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, except mushrooms. Coat the sliced mushrooms with mixture. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
