10 new potatoes 3T. lemon juice 6T. extra virgin olive oil 3T. tarragon vinegar 3T. finely chopped onion 2T. salt 4 slices crisp bacon cut in pieces
Boil potatoes. Cut in chunks. Put in casserole dish. Combine lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, onion and salt in a saucepan and heat through. Pour over potatoes. Add bacon pieces. Mix. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
