6 eggs
3/4c. sugar
6oz. semi-sweet chocolate
4T. coffee
cocoa for dusting
heavy cream (whipped with vanilla to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs. Beat yolks and sugar well.
Melt chocolate in coffee and add to egg yolk/sugar mixture. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks. Fold in egg whites.
Grease an 11"x16" baking sheet. Line with parchment paper. Grease again. Pour mixture in pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
Remove from oven. Cover with damp cloth until cool. Turn out parchment paper. Sprinkle with cocoa. Turn cake upside down on the paper. Remove top layer of paper and spread with whipped cream flavored with vanilla. Roll.
