1 3/4c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1T. sugar
3 egg yolks
7T. melted butter
1 1/2c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Make a hole in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour in the "wet" ingredients. Combine them with a few swift strokes. The batter should have a pebbled look. Beat until stiff 3 egg whites and fold them into the batter. Bake in a waffle maker.
