6oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
3T. butter
1/2c. powered sugar
2 slightly beaten egg yolks
1-2T. brandy, rum or vanilla
2 squares chocolate, grated
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate bits, sugar and butter over low heat, stirring well to mix. Remove from heat when melted.
Beat yolks in medium bowl and stir in small amount of melted chocolate. Add remaining melted chocolate and stir in brandy. Chill, without stirring, 1-2 hours.
Mix grated chocolate and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Shape chilled chocolate mix into 1" balls and roll in grated chocolate/cinnamon mixture. Store in a cool place.
