3/4 c. butter Cisco
1c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oats
1 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together butter, peanut butter and brown sugar. Gradually beat in water, egg and vanilla. Add combined dry ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill 2 hours. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Shape in 1" balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with a fork that has been dipped in sugar to make criss-cross patterns on top. Bake 9-11 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely and store.
