1-14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg white
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1c. mini chocolate chips
2-7oz. packages flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 325F. Grease and flour cookie sheet. *Silicone baking mat works best.
In large bowl, combine condensed milk, egg white and vanilla. Stir in coconut. Add mini-chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets; with fork, slightly flatten each mound. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until golden. Remove from baking sheets; cool on wire rack. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
Makes about 3 dozen.
