1 lb bacon
1 T bacon drippings
3/4 C green pepper (chopped)
3/4 C onion (chopped)
3 (7 oz) cans buttermilk biscuits
1/3 C margarine (melted)
1/2 C sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon crisp; drain & crumble. Set aside. Remove grease except for 1 T. Heat grease and add peppers & onions. Saute' til tender. Cut biscuits into fourths and place in large mixing bowl. Add peppers & onions, bacon, margarine and cheese. Toss until thoroughly mixed (best way is to do it with your hands). Place in muffin pan coated with cooking spray.

Bake 350 for 20 - 25 min. immediately invert & serve warm.
