2 slices soft white bread, torn into small pieces
1 egg,lightly beaten
2 Tbsp.mayonnaise
1 tsp.worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp.pepper
1/8 tsp.salt
1/2 Ib. lump crabmeat
1 scallion, sliced
1Tbsp.oil

Directions:
Directions:
Set out bread for about 1 hr. until slightly dry. Mix egg, mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, pepper and salt in a med. bowl. Add bread. Toss crabmeat and scallion into mixture. Shape mixture into 8 patties. Cook in hot oil in a large non-stick skillet over med.-high heat. Cook about 3 mins per side until lightly brown and cooked through.
