1 Ib. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained well
1(8 oz) can cresent rolls
2 c. mozzarella cheese
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c.milk
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Line bottom of a 9x13" dish with cresent rolls. Firmly pressing perforations to seal. Sprinkle with sausage, then cheese. Combine remaining ingredients, beat well and pour over sausage. Bake at 425 for 15 mins or until set. Let set 5 mins before serving.
