1 cup flour 1 tsp soda 1/4 tsp salt 3 Eggs 1 tsp sugar 2 cups buttermilk 1 tsp vanilla 1 Tbls oil
1. Sift together all dry ingredients. 2. Beat eggs and sugar. Add in milk, vanilla and oil. 3. Blend in dry ingredients. 4. Cook over medium-high heat until bubbles form on top, flip and cook until soft.
