6 tbsp. butter or margarine
6 tbsp.all purpose flour
2 1/4 tsp. salt
7 3/4 cups of milk
1/4 cup dehydrated onions.
6 med. potatoes
1 med. yellow onion
1/4 tsp. onion salt

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and dice. Add chopped onion and boil until potatoes are tender. Meanwhile in large pan melt butter over low heat. Add in flour, salts, and pepper to taste until well blended. Add milk all at once, stirring constantly. Add dehydrated onions. Cook and stir until mixture starts to bubble. Add cooked potatoes and simmer for 20 -30 minutes.
