"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Grease and flour approximately 15.5" X 10.5" jelly roll type
pan (has approximately 1/2 " lip). The best pan to use is plain
aluminum, rather than a non-stick type.

Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Melt margarine. Add brown sugar, then eggs and vanilla. Mix
thoroughly.

Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Fold in
chocolate chips. Be sure mixture is cooled before adding
chocolate chips, or they will melt, resulting in brownies!

Spread out in pan. Bake for 25 minutes.

NOTE: It does make a difference in taste which brand of
