Ingredients:  
1 - 1 1/2 lbs fresh deveined shelled shrimp
2 medium onions, minced
1 green pepper, chopped
4 stalks celery, cut fine
4 Tbls butter
2 Tbls flour
1/2 tsp sage
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp fresh groud pepper
2 cups tomatoes and 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.) OR 3 cups tomato sauce
1 Tbls vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook shrimp in salted water until they begin to turn pink, about five minutes.
2. Brown onions, green pepper, and celery in butter.
3. Blend in flour, sage, salt, and pepper.
4. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and vinegar.
5. Cover and simmer for ten minutes.
6. Add shrimp, bring to boil. Cover and simmer for five more minutes.
7. Serve over rice.
