1 JAR SPAGHETTI SAUCE
1 CUP DRIED BREAD CRUMBS
2 EGGS
4 WHOLE CHICKEN BREASTS
1/2 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
1 (8 OZ) PKG MOZZARELLA CHEESE, CUT INTO 8 (1/4 INCH) SLICES

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken into beaten eggs, then in bread crumbs. Brown on both sides in skillet. Arrange chicken in greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Cover with 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan; top with Mozzarella slices. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. For vegetarians, use sliced eggplant instead of chicken.
