Filling:
2 small packages instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
8 oz. lite whipped topping
1 box graham crackers

Icing:
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
4 Tbls butter
4 Tbls milk
4 Tbls Karo syrup
4 tsps vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar

Filling:
1. Mix pudding with milk on low for 3 minutes.
2. Fold in whipped topping.

Icing - Using a double boiler:
1. Melt chocolate and butter together. Remove from heat.
2. Add milk, Karo syrup and vanilla.
3. Mix in powdered sugar.

Cake:
1. Line 9x13 pan with graham crackers.
2. Spread 1/2 filling mixture over crackers, and top with another layer of crackers.
3. Spread remaining filling over crackers and finish with a third layer of crackers.
4. Cover with icing.
5. Chill for atleast an hour.
