1/8 lb chipped beef (dried beef)
16 oz. sour cream
16 oz. mayonaise
1-3 T. dill weed
dash poultry seasoning
parsley (garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Mince beef (or chop in food processor)
Stir all ingredients together.
Take a large round loaf of pumpernickel and cut out the center, forming a bowl. Put the dip in the bread bowl, garnish with parsley, and cut the removed bread in chunks for dipping. Also great with raw veggies.

This appetizer is one we got from our friends Skip and Ginny Campbell. It is a rare occurence to have a get-together with our friends without Dill Dip.
