1 pkg. 8-oz cream cheese 1/2 lb. bacon (fried) (I use bottled Real Bacon Bits, about half a bottle) 1 1/2 tsp. minced onions 12 oz pkg. gourmet mushrooms
Wash, dry and de-stem mushrooms, set aside. Soften cream cheese and mix in other ingredients. Stuff mushrooms with filling. Bake on a greased baking sheet at 350 for 15-17 minutes or until mushrooms are done.
