1 stick oleo
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

Directions:
Directions:
In a microwave bowl melt oleo and lightly beat in the egg. Add sour cream, cream style corn, whole kernel corn and stir. Fold in the Jiffy corn bread mix and pour into a 9x9 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes.
