2 eggs
2 cups sugar - 1 cup brown & 1 cup white or 2 brown
1 cup lard
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Filling:
1 3/4 cups raisins
2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
little butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dough ingredients. Flour to make dough stiff enough to roll. Combine filling ingredients and put in middle of dough.
