2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put in loaf pan and refrigerate overnight or you can make it into steak patties- roll in flour and brown. Put in baking dish and pour mushroom soup with 1/2 can water on the top. Bake 350 until done.
