1/2 medium head of cabbage 1 small onion 1/2 cup margarine 1 egg 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 stack Ritz crackers 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Place cabbage in dish with onion. Pour over margarine saving enough for Ritz cracker mixture. Combine mayonnaise, egg, soup and pour over top of cabbage and then put crumb mixture and the cheddar cheese to top. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
