Ingredients:  
1 head cabbage
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cups minute rice
small onion
small green pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 cup tomato juice
1 large jar spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cabbage and place in bottom of pan. In a large bowl mix hamburger, rice, onion, green pepper, salt & pepper, minced garlic. Place mixture over top of cabbage. Pour jar of spaghetti sauce over and tomato juice. Bake at 375 for about 3 hours or until cabbage is tender. Serve and enjoy!
