4 eggs 1 1/2 cup oil 2 cups sugar 2 cups flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. Cinnamon 4 tbsp. coco 3 cup grated zucchini 1 cup chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. salt
In a bowl combine eggs, oil and sugar, salt, Cinnamon and coco. Add zucchini, nuts and vanilla. Stir. Add eggs, oil and sugar. Stir well. Spread batter into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350º 25-30 minutes. Cool.
