2 1/2 cup flour 1 2/3 cup sugar 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/4 cup oleo butter 2/3 cup sour milk 1 1/4 cup ripe bananas, mashed 2 eggs
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add sour milk and mashed bananas to dry ingredients. Beat 1 minute. Add eggs and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in chopped nuts. Pour into lightly greased 15x10x1 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
