1 cup butter 2 cup sugar 2 cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 2 tsp vanilla 30 almonds
Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla, then flour and baking powder sifted together. Knead well. Chill. Shape into small balls. Press one almond in center of each cookie. Bake about 15 minutes at 300º. Let cool and enjoy!
