2 blocks of cream cheese, softened
1-2 cans of non-spicy chili
1 large onion, chopped and sauteed until golden
1 16oz. jar roasted sweet red peppers, chopped fine
16 oz. pepper jack cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
In a casserole dish, layer cream cheese, chili, onions, peppers and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or till bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
