2 pkg. lemon jello
2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 can crushed pinapple, drained
3 banana's
marshmallows
Topping:
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 T. flour
1 egg, beaten

1 cup whipping cream to put over the topping (above).

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 2 packages lemon jello in 2 cups hot water, add 1 1/2 cups cold water, add 1 can drained pinapple. Add 3 sliced bananas and marshmallows. Let jello set till firm in cake pan.
Topping:
Combine and cook topping ingredients until thick, cool and add 1 cup whipping cream, whipped and spread over the jello mixture.
