10-15 lb. brisket
1 bottle Heinz 57
6 pack cheap beer to baste
1 bottle soy
1/4 bottle Worcester
1 bottle Kraft original Q sauce
1/4 bottle Italian dressing
2 tbsp. lemon pepper
2 tbsp. chili pepper
2 tbsp. complete season
6-8 clove garlic

Place in large roaster and marinate overnight. Cook on nice campfire. Start early and cook for 7-8 hours turning every 45 minutes. Don't Burn.
Cook Slow.
