15 oz. raisin bran flakes
5 cups flour
2 1/2 cups sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs beaten
1 cup salad oil
1 qt. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Put all ingredients in bowl. Mix and add buttermilk last! Bake muffins in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Batter will keep 1 week in refrigerator.

"From the kitchen of Eunice. Eunice loved to bake and have friends in for tea, using her lovely antique china. She was very generous about sharing her recipes with everyone. I usually added some extra raisins. Be sure to use a large bowl, as it makes 36 muffins."
