Crust:
2 c flour
1 c butter
c powdered sugar


Filling:
4 eggs beaten
6 Tbsp lemon juice
2 c sugar
1 Tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
For the crust; mix with pastry cutter or two forks until crumbly. Press into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350.

For the filling; beat ingredients well and pour over hot crust. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, until light brown. Let cool and finish by sifting powdered sugar over the top.
