Ingredients:  
2 to 3 – garlic cloves, chopped fine or use garlic press
2 to 4 – boneless & skinless chicken breast
flour (optional)
1 – onion, chopped
2 cans – del Monte Italian style stewed tomatoes
olive oil
pasta (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté garlic cloves in olive oil until soft. Add optional flour to chicken breast and lightly brown on each side. Add onion & tomatoes. Simmer on low until chicken is done. Season to taste with salt, pepper and/or Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve with angel hair or linguini pasta.
