Steak - anything in thin cuts
vegetables - mushrooms, onions finely chopped, Spinach drained
cheese - mozzarella or swiss
spices - garlic minced, pepper, parsley, basil, sprinkle with Worcester sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Pound steak as thin as possible, then layer onto steak spinach, mushrooms, onions and spices. Roll up and secure with toothpick. Cover or wrap in aluminum foil. Bake or cook on grill approximately 30 minutes or until cooked to your delight.
