4 - cod steaks
6 small - red potatoes, ends cut off
baby carrots
small yellow onions, cut in half
1 c. - table salt
butter, melted (to pour over fish & veggies)

Directions:
Directions:
Start with boiling water in 2 large pots, Dutch oven size. Add c. salt to first pot. Cover and return to a boil. Add carrots and potatoes. Boil for 15 minutes or until carrots and potatoes are almost done. Add onion. To 2nd pot, add salt. When it resumes boiling, add the fish. When fish comes to the top, it is done. Serve with melted butter, salt & pepper. Good with rye bread and coleslaw.
