1 small - head of cabbage, sliced thin
2 c. - celery, sliced
1 - small onion, diced
2 - garlic cloves, diced thin
2 cans - diced tomatoes
2 T. - beef base
5 to 6 c. - water
1 lb. - lean ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat & onion. Add other ingredients and simmer 1 hours. Stirring every 20 minutes. You can also add potatoes, carrots & handful of barley, if desired.
