1 1/2 lbs hamburger
Vegetables: onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms, peppers, olives
3 boiled eggs
Spices: minced garlic, salt & pepper, Hot sauce, Italian Seasoning
Flour tortilla shells (homemade flour dough if you prefer)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hamburger and drain off fat. Saute all other vegetables and ingredients into hamburger. You can even add mix cheese if you like. Spread onto flour tortilla and roll up. Secure with toothpick. Melt butter and brush all over wraps. Turn into hot skillet to brown lightly all sides, keep brushing butter onto them - Serve hot or cold.

On the side you can have ready taco sauce or sour cream to them in. "A great finger food" don't forget not to eat the toothpicks!!
