10 cups water
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup corn starch
2 tbsp. Cinnamon
1 tbsp. Nut meg
2 drops yellow food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Wash qt. jars. Peel apples and quarter and pack into jars. Mix ingredients and cook onto stove until bubbly. Pour filling over apples. Wipe jar tops and seal. Process 10-15 minutes just to seal. I cold pack my jars in boiling water; cover 5-7 qts.

Try something different I did- instead of apples, I used strawberries omitted the Cinnamon and nutmeg, and used red coloring.
