1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup mashed bananas
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar, eggs, sour cream and bananas. Add dry ingredients. Put in loaf pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
