3 c. - unsweetened cocoa (Hershey’s)
2 c. - super fine sugar
3 cans - sweetened condensed milk (Bordens)
9 T. - butter
2 c. - whole milk
1½ tsp. - vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan and slowly add condensed milk, milk, sugar. Slowly heat mixture and add cocoa a little at a time. Stir constantly until the spatula forms “marks”. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Serve hot over ice cream.
