5 T. flour
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs separated
1 cup milk
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and egg yolks together. Add lemon juice, flour and milk. Beat egg whites until dry. Fold them into the other mixture. Put into casserole dish. Place the dish in a pan of hot water. Bake in 350 oven for 40 minutes (until slightly brown on top). Serve warm.
