1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
3 cups Cheerios, crushed to 1 1/2 cups
2/3 c. chocolate chips melted

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine peanut butter and honey, stir in cereal. Shape into 3/4 inch balls. Dip one end of each ball in chocolate. Place on cookie sheet covered with waxed paper. Chill in freezer until set.

Variation: Use a chocolate cereal, such as Cocoa Puffs, or Resses Puffs, Honey Graham cereals also work well. White chocolate vanilla chips make good dippers too, especially for chocolate cereal based ones.

These are really easy and fun to make with the kids and are also a perfect after school snack and great way to use up the last of those cold cereals that nobody will eat cause they're too full of crumbs.
