Batter Mix:
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar
2/3 Cup Milk
2 tsp Baking Powder
Fruit:
use a quart of fresh fruit sweetened or 2 Cups frozen

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 8 x 8 pan with nonstick spray. Mix batter and pour into pan. When I use fresh blackberries, I sweeten them with a cup of sugar. Pour fruit and juice over batter. Run a knife through lightly to mix. Bake at 350 for 50 - 55 minutes.
